You can get an Adobe Brand Visibility demo straight from Adobe in four ways. Request one from Adobe's sales team on business.adobe.com, take Adobe's interactive tour, or open the public demo Adobe links from its Experience League documentation. If you already use AEM Cloud, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, you can also start a free trial on your own domain.
This guide walks through each route and what Adobe actually documents about it. It then covers how to prepare, which questions to ask, and how to judge a trial or pilot so the demo leads to a real decision.
How do you get an Adobe Brand Visibility demo?
The fastest route depends on what you already license from Adobe. New buyers usually start with the sales request form or the tour. Existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) customers can skip ahead to a trial.
| Route | How you get it | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Sales demo | "Request a demo" or "Get started" on business.adobe.com | New buyers who want a guided session |
| Interactive tour | "Take a tour" on the product page, after a short contact form | A first look before talking to sales |
| Public demo | Linked from Adobe's What's New FAQ, no login needed | Clicking around on your own time |
| Free trial | Experience Hub card, Experience Cloud banner or abv.adobe.com | AEM Cloud, Adobe Analytics and CJA customers |
| Partner-led demo | Through an Adobe partner | Teams that want help with setup and scoping |
The sales form asks for the usual business details: name, work email, job title, company, country and your primary product of interest. Pick Brand Visibility as the product so the request reaches the right team. If you already have an Adobe account team, email them directly instead. It's usually quicker.
The public demo is easy to miss. Adobe's Experience League FAQ asks whether you can try Brand Visibility without an account. The answer is yes: it points to a public demo at play.bv.now, with no login required. It's a sensible first stop if you want to see the screens before anyone books a call.
The product was called Adobe LLM Optimizer (LLMO) until August 2026, so older Adobe pages and partner decks may still use that name. Our explainer on why Adobe LLMO is now Brand Visibility covers the rename and what changed.
What does an Adobe Brand Visibility demo show?
Adobe doesn't publish a fixed agenda for sales demos, so expect the content to depend on your rep and your questions. What Adobe does document is what its tour covers and what the product's dashboards contain. Use that as your checklist for what to ask to see.
Adobe's interactive tour page says it shows how the product helps you:
- Understand where and how often your content appears in AI search results.
- Optimise on-site content and the off-site sources that large language models (LLMs) rely on when they answer questions about your brand.
- Track AI-generated citations that bring visitors to your site, and the engagement and conversions they drive.
Beyond the tour, the dashboards in Adobe's documentation are a fair map of a full demo. Brand Presence covers mentions, citations and share of voice. AI Visibility handles topic and competitor research. Agentic Traffic and Referral Traffic show how AI agents and AI-referred visitors reach your site. Opportunities, Brand Claims and the URL Inspector round it out. If a session skips one you care about, ask for it.
Adobe's July 2026 partner briefing also highlighted Prompt Strategy, which turns prompt research into a ranked list of recommendations, and the Opportunity Workspace for assigning and tracking fixes. Those two show how the product handles work, not just reporting, so they're worth a few minutes of any demo.
Be realistic about one thing. A demo on sample data shows the interface, not your results. Your own numbers only appear once your domain is onboarded, through a trial or a paid setup.
Can you try Adobe Brand Visibility for free?
Yes, if you're an existing AEM Cloud, Adobe Analytics or CJA customer. Adobe's quickstart says these customers can use a free trial version. You activate it from a Product Announcement card in Experience Hub, from a banner on the Experience Cloud home page, or by signing in at abv.adobe.com.
The trial has firm limits. For trials activated on or after 1 April 2026, Adobe lists up to 100 prompts and one domain. You can deploy optimizations on up to 50 URLs for a single opportunity type. One older line in the Optimize at Edge FAQ still says 10 pages, so confirm the current limit with Adobe before you plan a test.
A few other trial facts shape what you can learn:
- The domain is fixed. Adobe says everyone in your organisation shares the domain you enter, and it can't be changed. Choose your main commercial domain.
- Some integrations are paid only. The Adobe Analytics connection isn't available on the free trial.
- Locked features stay visible. Adobe's September 2026 release notes say trial users see locked opportunity cards rather than blurred ones, so you can judge what an upgrade adds.
- Brand Claims can run on demand. Adobe added on-demand Brand Claims runs for trial customers in September 2026.
Not eligible for a trial? Adobe also offers a free browser extension, the AI Content Visibility Checker. It shows how much of a page's content AI agents can read, and needs no licence. It's a cheap way to spot whether client-side rendering hides your content before any demo.
How should you prepare for a Brand Visibility demo?
Prepare three lists before the call: the prompts you care about, the competitors you lose to, and the pages that matter most. Teams that arrive with those get a demo about their business. Teams that don't get a generic tour.
Prompts
Write 20 to 40 questions a customer might ask an AI assistant about your category. Mix branded prompts ("is [your brand] good for small teams?") with unbranded ones ("best payroll software for small teams"). Adobe's best-practice guide says customers tend to ask questions rather than type keywords, and mostly use AI search for early research.
Group the prompts by intent. Adobe recommends a short, flat topic list of 6 to 12, such as how-to, comparison, pricing and troubleshooting. Your on-site search data and Google Search Console queries are good sources. Our guide to seeing what users searched before they clicked shows where each kind of query lives.
Competitors
Name up to five competitors. Adobe's product page says share of voice can be benchmarked against up to five direct competitors. Pick the ones you actually lose deals to, not the biggest names in your market.
Pages and technical facts
List your 20 most valuable pages, and flag any that load key content with JavaScript. Then gather the boring facts your IT team will be asked. Which content delivery network (CDN) sits closest to visitors? Who can change robots.txt and bot rules? Which analytics tool holds conversion data?
People and categories
Bring an SEO lead, someone from content and someone from IT. Decide in advance how you'd split reporting categories: by business unit, by site section or by product line. Adobe warns that changing categories later resets historical data, so this decision matters more than it looks.
What questions should you ask in a Brand Visibility demo?
Ask questions that force the demo onto your data, your stack and your contract. These are the ones that tend to matter later, when the contract is signed.
Data and coverage
- Which AI platforms and markets will you track for us, and in which languages?
- How are prompt volumes estimated for our category?
- How often are prompts re-run, and how long until we see first results?
Optimization
- Which opportunities can we deploy on our CDN, and what does our IT team have to change?
- How does rollback work, and who in our team can trigger it?
- What happens to an edge optimization when the source page changes?
Measurement
- How will you show that an optimization changed citations, not just that it went live?
- Which analytics tool will carry business impact for us: CJA, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?
Access and governance
- Who can approve and deploy changes, and is there an audit trail?
- How is access controlled for agencies and partners?
Commercials
- What sets the price: brands, domains, prompts, markets or something else?
- Which features in the demo need a higher tier or an add-on?
- What happens to our prompts and history if we don't renew?
Write the answers down during the call. Adobe's documentation can confirm many of them afterwards, and gaps between the demo and the docs are worth raising before you sign.
What red flags should you watch for in a Brand Visibility demo?
Most demos look good, because AI visibility charts are easy to make attractive. The warning signs are in what the session avoids. Watch for these:
- No talk of your CDN. Edge deployment depends on routing at your outer CDN. If nobody asks which one you use, the effort is being hidden, not removed.
- Results on sample data only. That's fine for a first look, but a buying decision needs your prompts on your domain.
- Mentions without citations. A brand can be mentioned often and still never be cited as a source. Ask to see both, and ask what Source Visibility shows for your site.
- Vague answers on measurement. "You'll see traffic go up" isn't a method. Adobe documents a baseline and a fixed prompt set, so ask to see it used.
- Price deferred until after the pilot. You should know what drives cost before you invest team time in a trial.
None of these means the product is wrong for you. They mean the demo hasn't answered the questions that decide whether it works in your organisation.
How do you judge a Brand Visibility trial or pilot?
Judge a pilot on whether it changed citations for prompts you care about, measured against a baseline. A good-looking dashboard isn't the test. Adobe's own measurement design gives you a fair standard to hold the pilot to.
Adobe's Impact Measurement Engine captures a baseline, deploys the optimization, re-runs a fixed set of measurement prompts and compares before and after. Adobe says experiments for its Recover Content Visibility opportunity typically take about two weeks. It recommends at least 20 URLs from the High Impact URLs filter, and says to avoid editing those pages during the measurement period.
| What to check | What good looks like | Warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Prompts and pages fixed before any change | Prompts edited mid-pilot |
| Sample size | At least 20 high-impact URLs | A handful of hand-picked pages |
| Result metric | Citation rate and content visibility for those URLs | Only traffic or impressions |
| Agent data | CDN logs forwarded, agentic traffic visible | Agentic Traffic dashboard still blank |
| Effort | IT setup measured in days, not a project | Routing still pending at week two |
| Ownership | Named owners for prompts and fixes | Nobody acts on the opportunities |
If the pilot will also measure AI-referred visits in analytics, our guide to finding which AI search query generated a lead covers the setup.
Set your success criteria in writing before the pilot starts. A simple version might read: citation rate improves for the deployed URLs, and our team can deploy and roll back without engineering tickets. Then compare the result with the cost of running the programme properly, including people.
Should you ask a partner for a Brand Visibility demo?
A partner-led demo makes sense when you need help beyond the software, such as CDN routing, analytics mapping or content production. Adobe's July 2026 partner news pointed partners to an interactive Brand Visibility demo and promised more enablement. So many Adobe partners will be able to show the product.
What a partner can add is context from other set-ups. How long did routing take on a CDN like yours? How did they structure prompts for a similar business? What they can't add is independent proof, so ask for evidence of Brand Visibility work you can check, not a reseller pitch.
The product is new, so few firms have public evidence of Brand Visibility work yet, and our directory's list for it is short. Look at Adobe Brand Visibility partners for what the public record shows. If you're comparing several firms, the partner comparison tool lays their profiles side by side.
Before any partner demo, send the same brief you'd send Adobe. Our guide to writing an Adobe partner RFP explains how to make proposals comparable.
What should you do next?
Treat the Adobe Brand Visibility demo as the start of an evaluation, not the end of one. A practical sequence for the next few weeks:
- Open the public demo and the interactive tour to learn the screens.
- Check whether you qualify for the free trial through AEM Cloud, Adobe Analytics or CJA.
- Run Adobe's free AI Content Visibility Checker on your top pages.
- Draft 20 to 40 prompts, up to five competitors and your 20 most valuable pages.
- Agree your reporting categories before onboarding, because changing them later resets history.
- Ask IT which CDN sits closest to visitors and who can change bot rules.
- Book the sales or partner demo and send your prompts in advance.
- Write pilot success criteria and get them agreed before anything is deployed.
When you're ready to scope outside help, the Brand Visibility RFP template gives partners the same brief to price against.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free Adobe Brand Visibility demo?
Yes. Adobe's Experience League FAQ points to a public demo that needs no login, and the product page offers an interactive tour after a short contact form. Neither runs on your own domain. For results on your own domain, AEM Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics customers can activate a free trial with limits on prompts, domains and optimized URLs.
Do I need AEM to get a Brand Visibility demo or trial?
You don't need AEM for a sales demo, the tour or the public demo. The free trial is a different matter: Adobe offers it to AEM Cloud customers and to Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics customers. If you use none of those, ask Adobe sales about a scoped evaluation, since non-AEM customers are onboarded after signing a business agreement.
How long does a Brand Visibility pilot take?
Adobe says experiments for its Recover Content Visibility opportunity typically finish in about two weeks once deployed. Add the time before that: onboarding your domain, customising prompts, which Adobe says produces Brand Presence results within 24 hours, and setting up CDN log forwarding and edge routing with IT. Plan for setup to take longer than measurement on a complex CDN.
Will Adobe show pricing in a Brand Visibility demo?
Adobe doesn't publish a list price for Brand Visibility, so pricing comes from a sales conversation rather than a web page. Ask early what sets the price, such as brands, domains, prompts or markets, and which features shown in the demo sit in a higher tier. Getting that in writing before a pilot avoids surprises at the renewal or upgrade stage.
What is the difference between the Brand Visibility tour and the trial?
The tour and the public demo show Adobe's interface without your domain, so you learn the screens and workflow. The trial onboards your own domain, generates prompts for your brand and lets you deploy a limited set of optimizations. If you want to know how your brand appears in AI answers, only the trial or a paid setup answers that.
Can I keep using LLM Optimizer demo material?
Treat it with care. Adobe LLM Optimizer became Adobe Brand Visibility in August 2026, and some metrics changed. The old Visibility Score is now called Brand Visibility and counts mentions only, and Share of Voice is now weighted by search demand and position. Numbers in older decks won't match what a current demo or trial shows.
