How Profiles Are Researched

Each partner profile starts from the public record. Our researchers work through, in order: the official partner directories published by Adobe and Google; the firm's own website and public documentation; press releases and public announcements; and publicly accessible case studies and certification counts. Nothing reaches a profile that a reader could not, in principle, go and check at the same source we did.

Source Labelling

We would rather show a labelled gap than an invented fact. Every material field on a profile is tagged with one of five evidence levels:

  • Publicly Verified — confirmed against an authoritative public source such as a vendor partner directory
  • Publicly Reported — stated publicly by the company or press, not independently confirmed
  • Customer Submitted — sent to us directly through our contact and correction workflows rather than found in the public record
  • Platform Research — our team's assessment from aggregating multiple public signals
  • Not Publicly Available — we looked, and the public record does not answer the question

Fields also carry a last-checked date, because partner data decays: tiers are re-earned annually and practices are acquired, merged and renamed constantly.

What This Directory Does Not Publish

There are no star ratings anywhere on this site, and no scores carried across from external platforms, because we neither collect nor license them. We also run no testimonial section of our own: we do not solicit, host or publish customer opinion about the firms we profile. Mixing researched public evidence with unverifiable anecdote makes both harder to trust, so where a firm's delivery record matters we point at the documented artefact instead — the published case study, the directory entry, the announcement.

How Recommendations Are Generated

The Partner Advisor scores directory data against your stated requirements using a weighted model: product match, demonstrated capabilities, geographic fit, industry experience, company scale, quality of public evidence and partnership standing. Two properties are non-negotiable: the weights are transparent, and every recommendation explains itself — what matched, what evidence supports it, and where the public record is too thin to say more. No firm can pay for placement in advisor results.
