What We Collect

MartechPartners collects the minimum needed to run a research directory.

• Form submissions — when you send a contact request, correction, RFP brief or partner enquiry, we receive the details you type. They are used to handle your request and are never published.
• Correction and dispute records — what you send when you ask us to re-check, correct or remove information on a profile is kept with that request while we resolve it, and used for nothing else.
• Transient request data — our servers process your IP address and browser user-agent momentarily on each request in order to rate-limit traffic and block automated scraping of partner profiles. These counters live in server memory, are not written to a database, are not linked to your identity, and are discarded when they expire.

We run no analytics or measurement scripts on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no third-party measurement tool, so we do not track your journey across pages and cannot build a profile of your visit.

What We Store In Your Browser

The site stores a consent cookie and, if you use the RFP shortlist, a list of the firms you selected. Both stay on your device. The cookie policy names each one and what it does.

What We Never Do

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not publicly expose email addresses, IP addresses, internal identifiers or private correspondence — neither yours nor the profiled firms'. Information submitted through dispute and correction workflows is shared only as far as needed to resolve the request.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site — hosting, and email delivery for replies to your enquiries — who process data only on our instructions.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries and correction records are kept while the request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show why a profile was changed. Beyond that they are deleted. Rate-limiting counters expire within minutes to hours.

Your Choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including form submissions and correction requests — via the contact page. We honour deletion requests except where we are required to retain a record, and we confirm when the deletion is done. If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply and this is how to exercise them.
