How We Write About Firms

Profiles on MartechPartners are drafted by our research team, not by the companies profiled, and every profile keeps three kinds of statement visibly separate:

  • What the company says — claims from its own website, marketing and announcements, attributed as such
  • What the public record shows — facts anyone can check against the source: Adobe and Google partner directory listings, tiers, published certification records
  • What the published work documents — case studies and project write-ups the firm has put in public, cited so you can go and read the original

Customer opinion is not one of those categories, because we neither collect nor publish it anywhere on this site. Where a firm's delivery record matters, the profile points at the documented artefact instead.

We write our own summaries rather than paraphrasing vendor copy, and we treat precision of language as part of accuracy: a firm whose industry experience rests on one public case study is described as "publicly associated with" that industry, not as a specialist in it. When the record is thin, the profile says so — a short, honest profile serves buyers better than a padded one.

Commercial Independence

Editorial content is not for sale. Companies cannot pay to improve a profile, alter a ranking, suppress an unflattering fact or influence advisor results, and our researchers have no revenue targets attached to any listing. If sponsored placements are ever introduced anywhere on the site, they will be visually distinct and explicitly labelled as paid — never interleaved with editorial results.

Corrections and Updates

We fix mistakes. Firms and readers can flag inaccuracies through the corrections process; verified corrections are applied promptly and materially wrong claims are removed rather than quietly softened. Profiles are also refreshed on a rolling research cycle, prioritized by how quickly the underlying facts tend to change.
