Weight them above raw counts, and treat everything badge-shaped as the opening of diligence, not its conclusion.

Partner type moves price more than partner tier. The Case for Independence

Search for “best Adobe partners” or “top GA4 agencies” and most results are advertisements arranged in list form — self-rankings by agencies, or directories renting positions.
